We had 2 tyres fitted to our Audi Q3. The whole process was carried out tidy and efficiently with the greatest respect to the car and consideration to ourselves. Have used the Sturminster branch on several occasions and have always been pleased with the work. We were also given some very useful information on their servicing packages and some advice on another matter which came to light whilst the tyres were fitted. It's good to have Sturminster open again.

First class service. Polite and very helpful staff. Very good value product.I would suggest that 'wheel alignment etc.' should be offered as a matter of course, rather than leaving it to the customer's judgement. That said, still 5*

I highly recommend Jack and his team at the Sturminster Newton depot and want to thank them for recovering my Landrover when it broke down late afternoon and fixing the problem promptly the next morning ready for me to collect before midday. Very competitive rates and excellent service all round!

Had a puncture and took car in for them to look at. They were very good with the communication in that the tyre could not be repaired (even though it was less than 9 months old) and therefore had to have a new tyre.Friendly Staff and Conducted business quick and efficiently.Thanks everybody.Will be returning again

My husband called in to DCM tyres on 29/10/21Looking to replace all 4 tyres on our vechicle.The young lad that was working at the time was very helpful and found 2 at the Blandford branch and 2 from the Shaftesbury branch and arranged for them to be transferred over to the Sturminster branch which was done within an hour. All 4 tyres were fitted and very pleased with service.Definitely recommended DCM tyres to friends and family.Thankyou.

Great service, thank you, there was no wait, my tyre was looked at straight away and all sorted within 20 minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely go back again.

Would thoroughly recommend, was on a trip away and had to book the car in as an emergency and was seen the next day. Extra work was required but I was kept informed every step of the way of extra costs and they were very accommodating to my extra requests. There was a small incident with a scratch on my handle due to a skip truck outside but the garage was kind enough to cover the cost of the scratch with no questions asked. Jack was brilliant and very professional as was the other mechanic who worked on my car (can't remember his name!) Prices were very reasonable considering the car was in all day and I was offered a courtesy car at no extra cost. Very impressed!

Absolutely great service, dropped in on the off chance, served straight away, very polite, easy to talk to, good advice given, will definitely use again, good prices too! Highly recommended!
