Nice place and doctors really friendly

Doctors are fantastic, better than any practice I've previously been with. The reception on the other hand is not so good. One lady (I won't add the name) left me in tears when I was postnatal, she was so abrupt. My husband also had a bad experience with her, she was less than helpful. Another when I called today to let them know I had missed a telephone appointment concerning my son, due to poor signal, sighed and said ' I suppose he'll probably phone you back'. She then hung up with no Goodbye. My husband was sitting next to me and overheard, we were both appalled.

Do you need to see the doctor? Do you enjoy being told to call at 8am, proceeding to sit in a call queue for 20 minutes only to be told they are fully booked.A 2 week appointment waiting list and snotty, rude receptionists? Youve come to the right place.

Entirely unhelpful and uninterested receptionist !!! Called for advice regarding a child with Covid symptoms and was made to feel like a pest !! Would recommend a recourse in customer service as after all that is what you are meant to be providing !! Will be submitting a formal complaint and I’m considering switching practices .

Doctors have all been brilliant with me since I moved here
