It’s like most Costa coffee shops - the only disadvantage of this one is that there is a huge car park, lots of surrounding shops, and one of the only places to get a coffee or tea, so it’s busy !You may have a long wait (needs more staff !)

All ate at separate times. Waited ages, apparently a new starter being trained, fair comment, but Saturday late morning should have more than 4 staff on. Folk queuing past the door.

Went to get coffee with my mum at around 5pm, doors closed and the workers chatting and on their phones behind the till, wouldn't even acknowledge us. Closing a whole half hour earlier is ridiculous.

Bought a take out consisting of Marks and Spencers sandwich and tried a bubble tea. Staff really helpful as I had no idea how much sugar is in this tea, and as I'm diabetic needed to know. The nice girls at the checkout looked it up for me.

they threw our order in the trash after 20 minutes, I went to ask when it was ready and they said I couldn't find the order but it was in the bin
