MPH came to fit my bathroom on behalf of wickes, guys were great, little misunderatanding at first about extra work but in all fairness that was down to wickes not explaining stuff properly to us at the point of sale, anyways due to wickes give out dodgy tiles, my bathroom had to be knocked back out again and started from scratch, the owner ewan contacted me directly and apologised, he promised he would make good, it wasnt his fault but the man is true to his word, my bathroom was completely rebuilt and looks amazing, i have zero faults and the aftercare has been good too, if you need a bathroom done get these guys to do and AVOID WICKES AT ALL COST, would have been cheaper to go direct to MPH if you ask me, 5 stars, thanks to them i have a minted bathroom, thanks

Boiler fitted last week. Great customer service and brilliant installation. Works men all friendly. Highly recommend!

Just had a boiler installed, very happy with the work carried out. They turn up on time, offer good prices and whats most important short install times.

First contact the Surveyor never turned up and got a call to apologise for the mix up, second time surveyor came and said a quote would follow and I'm still waiting !!! Not the best experience. I see no response from company on my experience, that says it all in my opinion.

Its been six months now and the Viessman boiler seems to be working great. All job looks fine and no issues so far. Thanks for the hard work! The quote was fast, accurate and the price was actually one of the best!

Do not use these people, they made a mess of installing a boiler in my house1-Did not detect a gas leak.2-Did not install condensate drain properly, kept on backing up, I had to sort this myself.3 They installed inhibitors in my system when the boiler manufacturer (Viessmann) expressly forbids chemicals. This has affected my 10 year warranty

After initial consultation was left high and dry for 3 months. Actually forgot what the job was with excuse after excuse. Very disappointing.

Just wanted to say I'm pensioner and needed a new boiler it's very daunting as so many but we to tell you use these guys MPH what a fantastic company the boss put me at ease on first visit and the lad that fitted the boiler Scott was impeccable at his job work spot on and had to get joiner in to refit door an other two brilliant guys at there job can't thank them enough would recommend to anyone and have for so 10 stars our of 5 guys what a teamMrs Anne vannet
