selling a property from afar and with probate I didn't know what to expect but I can definitely say they made the whole process easy and straight forward. Lamb and Co have made my first time renting ALOT more smooth and stress free than I have anticipated, they use a platform called vouch for alot of the application process which you can fill in easily from your phone. The agents I dealt with (Lee Price and Coral Manning) were very professional, supportive and communicative every step of the way and we're there to answer my questions and made sure I understood all of the process. You really feel like they care and are there to help and not just another number to them, would recommend them to anyone.
