I can't fault the customer service and work carried out. 20mins after submitting a request, I had a phone call from Alison, who was really nice and helpful. Booked the job in for the next morning. The guys (Sam B and Lee) were bang on 9am and really friendly. Turns out the job that needed doing was much worse than we'd hoped, but they tried everything before getting the machine indoors as a last resort. They kept me in the loop throughout, explained what was going on and we're so respectful. It was a horrible job, but they were fantastic and I can't thank them enough for their hard work! Hoping I never have a problem like that again, but if I do, it'll be Drain Divisions I contact first.

Never use this company! Can you believe they charged £2154 for fixing a drain?!(less than 1 meter)The engineers left all the dirt, fat and concrete in my black bin and fat all over my garden, concrete around my fence and garden gate. After this happened I asked refund for the guarantee but they insisted that’s part of their service and their customers have to buy their guarantee!How terrible people they are! Just blackmail their customers by increasing the costs after they opened the drain and to stop you discontinuing their work.

Drain division were really good. They turned up on time, were really lovely to deal with booking appointments and on site. They are experts, recommended the best and most cost effective way to deal with our problem, and did the work in the time they said it would take.

My fiance and I wanted to send a massive thank you to Will and Ash for their help and support this past week with sorting our drain in the garden. The guys were so friendly, knowledgeable, the equipment they had was amazing, to actually see the camera footage 1st hand, was amazing, they were also very understanding and werent pushy with getting the most work out of us, but gave us the facts and we made the decisions. We are selling our house and this could have been an issue and so thankful you were able to act so quickly. Entirely grateful. Will highly recommend.

Very pleased with the service we received from Drain Division, from the office staff to the on-site engineers. The engineers arrived on time and were very polite, friendly and professional. They explained all potential cost items before beginning work, and cleared a blocked external drain within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

Blocked toilet: Having received no call back after 2 days from two local companies which (allegedly) operated a 24/7 callout service, I turned to Drain Division. My call was answered promptly and I was assured someone would be here the same day. Ben was, and what an excellent job he made of the work, explaining what he was doing and why. Very thorough. He recommended some follow-up work which we accepted without question as his work was so good.An excellent firm to deal with. Highly recommended

I had an overflowing and blocking outdoor drain. I had a limited window where I could have someone out to help me with it and ‘blocked drains Andover’ were able to fit me in.The good:1. Came quickly and unblocked drain! Yay!2. Nice and polite staffThe bad:1. They’re not actually called ‘blocked drains Andover’. They’re ‘drain division’. The website is misleading about that and I probably wouldn’t have called them if I’d known.2. WARNING: Their business practices are very shady. They’re very ‘upfront’ about their charges (which is good) but then they do this thing where they say it’s a basic charge of around £4x per half hour. Then if you need jetting it’s another £5x per half hour. Then if it’s a 2 man job it’s more per half hour. And obviously cameras etc are on top of all that. The problem is they show up with two guys and immediately say ‘it’s a two person job’ and who doesn’t need the jet so you end up with all the costs. So it ends up being £300+ for an hour. I’d be surprised if they ever charge for less than an hour. They also upsell. But are nice enough when you say no.Honestly I’m really grateful they were able to sort me out but I do wish I’d managed to find a way to use a more trusted local company as I felt slightly stupid for not realising what they were up to quicker than I did. Perhaps this review will help the next person.

I had ongoing issues with bad smells. I called Drain Division who were very helpful and was able to send someone out to me the same day! The engineer Paul was great, he flushed through the system and checked all of the pipework was ok and managed to sort out the issue... No more bad smells!!Great service, good price, would highly recommend!

Have been very helpful 6 months previously in assessing the problem. On to communication in sorting out the job which was substantial. Workmen on site were communicating daily, kept site tidy, were professional and checked the site after leaving via phone call.

The Church I look after had a completely blocked set of manholes and drainage system and because of a number of events taking place imminently we needed them cleared immediately. Drain Division responded quickly and within a day they resolved all our problems, both efficiently and on time. We were most grateful. Thank you
