Premier Inn Stourbridge Town Centre hotel
It is my first Hotel I'm staying in England as a Dutch traveler.I think there's nothing wrong with it but a bit pricey for what they offer.The rooms were good, location nothing going on,Staff was wonderful, quiet, good options for breakfast.

Fantastic place to stay for great service & location. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help & with good local knowledge. Thank you to Maz, who had us laughing within minutes, arranged a taxi for us & made sure we had all the info we needed.Brewers fayre 1 minute walk, we paid in advance for breakfast. Very simple & organised.Location to local amenities & attractions very good.Booked again November.

Generally Premier inn get it right. The rooms are consistent and finished well. But they hire the right people and none more so that Stourbridge. Real humans, making you feel really welcome.Free parking. Pub/restaurant attached, shot walk to town and rail station. Samsung quality tv in room. Aircon, although I would rather just open a window sometimes.Stourbridge people are just lovely.

Same excellent quality as usual and in a brilliant location if you're planning on going to The River Rooms and need somewhere to stay, it is only a 5/10 minute walk away.The only thing I would say is the wooden cladding on the front of the building needs sorting as the stain/varnish is all peeling off, but it doesn't ruin your stay at all.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was very spacious.There was a corner by the reception that was dedicated to children with books, coloring kits, and even puzzles.Loved the hotel, 5 stars.

Lovely staff and comfy bed.Room smelt very damp, and bathroom was mouldy.Due to extra tor fan not working. Obviously, it's not worked for a while. Pointed it out at the desk and was assured it would be sorted.

Good hotel, good parking, good staff.... Only negative is the evening food next door (Brewers fayre) limited selection aimed at kids and families... Menu could do with wider range, less fried.... Prawn cocktail was very good, just needed a lemon wedge adding....... Breakfast in the morning very good, staff very good too..... Relaxing...... Will use again but eat elsewhere for evening meal....

Great, helpful, and excellent people working at this hotel. I have been staying in Stourbridge Premier for the past 2 months.Any issues i had o queries been resolved immediately by the friendly team.Im really happy to choose this particular hotel.I'm looking forward to coming back again.
