STAY AWAY from this company. They come across as professional when then are taking your money and may ask for a direct bank transfer. PAY BY CREDIT CARD so you can get a refund when they fail to deliver your goods. Not only did they fail to deliver on the agreed date, the are uncontactable, the phone just ringing and ringing and will not respond to any emails. I very much doubt I will see any refund, don't make the mistake I did.

In ordered this on someone's recommendation and it went just well as described by him.My experience was perfectly.Quality takes on with the expense.Worth every penny!Secondly they have this huge variety for texture on them.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. This company lies, cheats, threatens and does not deliver what they are supposed to. When you complain they prommise the earth and deliver nothing. They finally picked up the wrongly delivered wood after 5 weeks but did not give a refund. I had to get my bank involved and tin the end MCG timber said prove we picked up the wood. Be warned if you use this company you will be in for hours and hours of phone calling and with nothing but an empty bank account at the end of the experiance.They are the worst company I have ever delt with, period.

ordered 300 lengths of tongue and groove took my money and after 3 weeks no answers to calls, emails and no wooddo not deal with this company it's a scamthey advertise on ebay and gumtree and say they are local but they are notdo not be naive like I have been

As always staff in office very professional and helpful, phone calls are not rushed and you are given all the options of woods and sizes either to the size you require or the nearest to it.Either pay at time of order or the driver on delivery.The drivers that deliver are always polite and courteoushave been using MCG Timber for many years and will continue to use the company

AVOID !!! Scam! Avoid this company! Paid for decking boards and they were not delivered. After thousands of phone calls and emails, there were only empty promises. Since November decking boards never arrived and refund not issued.Issued a good quote, however after failed first delivery was ignoring calls and talking rude.Worst company!AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Staff on a phone was very friendly, that is rare nowadays. :) Driver helped to carry the cladding into the rear of the property. Would use MCG Timber again and recommend to others
