Green Motion East Midlands Airport

First time in using Green motion and very happy with the service offered to us in picking the car up and the return of the vehicle. Nothing was to much trouble, and the quality of the vehicle was excellent. We will use you again!

Service was good and car was also of a good standard.However, we were told they had upgraded us to a better model, but when we got in the car park it was the only one there, so not quite the surprise in the end.Careful with the packages as we were constantly up sold as the package we bought originally kept needing adding to, for additional mileage, chip cover, body cover below the wheels, etc.Plus the deposit given wasn't automatically refunded on return when the car was accepted and signed back in.Nothing exceptional, but a good basic car hire group if you need one.

Excellent customer service by these guys. Made an error in booking, not only did they help re book but also gave me a better vehicle and service with a smile!Definitely coming back.Note: don't book them through Uber or any third party app. Go direct to their website. Much better prices.

All 3 staff were fantastic - Alex picked us up from EMA, Jean looked after the booking itself and Peter completed the booking after drop off. Our pick up from the airport was perfect. We were running late close to closing time of the station, due to a delayed flight. None of the staff members made us feel unwelcome or rushed us through the documentation process. Everything from the insurance to car was explained to us in detail. Upgrade was offered, but not in a pushy manner at all. The return of the vehicle was just as hassle free. All three gentleman from the counter to pick up driver, were super friendly, efficient and helpful. The vehicle was in great condition. We even got to choose from the available cars and were offered an automatic drive, although we only booked a manual car. We have to rent a car often and this was one of the best experiences we had. Very happy with the service at Green motion. I've booked cars a few times and never had a bad experience. On my most recent trip I was running late due to a flight delay. I was assisted by Jean who was extremely helpful and professional. I forgot the shuttle bus drivers name (guy from Romania) but he was also very friendly and welcoming. Both stayed behind a few minutes late after their shifts to help me out. Much appreciated :)

{Extremely Long Check-in process , Too far from EMA Airport_ Unprofessional Owner's attitude , Expect less customer care focused approach. Hired 3 cars from GreenMotion (booked via Carjet online with full comprehensive insurance paid upfront ) and we weren't offered same car models instead end up getting what was leftover in stock (way below our preferred alternatives)! They made us believe that the comprehensive insurance purchased online are worthless and we must buy additional green motion car-hire insurance and we were the victim of their sweet talk despite having 2 insurance policies we still ended up paying €200 + for a small dent on left front wheel ! Avoid this Greedy branch ! We are defiantly not considering going near to Green motion ever again for our future car hire needs !

Excellent service, efficient and personable staff. Straightforward process from start to finish! Would definitely recommend.Chris, Jean and Alex were very friendly and welcoming to us both on collection and drop off at the airport.

Very efficient. The whole process was stress free and the staff very friendly & helpful. Use the prebooking email and prescan the documents, it helps speed the process. Literally 10mins from the airport and the shuttle picks and leaves you off. Will definitely recommend them Thanks

Never again. Car was ok, staff ok, but the policy is just ripoff, if you don’t have credit card, they will make you pay expensive insurance! And you can’t use tap pay.
