Despite finding damp and woodworm in our subfloor, (horror!!!) Dave and Terry, replaced the sub floor, and proceeded to lay a beautiful oak floor. We couldn't be more pleased with it, so much so, we are going to have additional floors done. It looks stunning.

Great customer care, small shop but knowledgeable on products and happy to help not pushy on sales which made us comfortable, went back to purchase, not got flooring yet to comment on that as only just purchased and waiting on delivery.

From the initial visit to Terrys unit with my wife, we knew straight away that we did not want to buy, or even look else where. Terry gave us all the information we needed and we could see and feel the different samples he had. We returned several weeks later and went ahead with the flooring for our dining room and Dave the fitter came out and started the work on our floor. The floor is now down and all complete and we love it.Thanks very much Terry & Dave, we will be recommending you to friends & family
