Northampton Amplifon branch is one of the best customer services I have received. My dad who is 74 years old, was adamant that he didn’t need hearing aid and wasn’t keen on trying one either. The consultant was so patient and suggested the most suitable hearing aid and recommended trialing for a week, which so helpful to change my dad’s perception on hearing aid and he felt that he couldn’t be without it! Thank you so much for your patience and advice! The experience was 5 star for sure!

Very helpful and looked after my husband. Don't be surprised if the door is locked. If they have a client and no one is on reception they lock up.
