Emily has been styling and cutting mine and my children’s hair for many years now - I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Emily is extremely talented very professional she is very accommodating when it comes to appointments, she’s also really lovely and clearly enjoys what she does as she is the best ! I love having my hair styled, cut and coloured by Emily and her bow drys are fabulous - I recommend Emily highly!!

Emily was very communicative and accommodating to my appointment day/ time. She had a quick response and was able to fit me in. Once I arrived Emily was polite and approachable. She made me feel comfortable to request what kind of style I wanted but I also asked for her opinion. She gave great advice and we went with what she suggested. She offered tea/coffee and we had a good conversation althroughout. Emily was checking in mid cut to ask my preference and if I like it. It was the first time I’d been here. I got an appointment on the day. Vera and Emily are really friendly. I have mayor anxiety going to hair salons because they can be busy and impersonal. This couldn’t have been more different. Vera cut and styled my hair, I loved it. She took before and after pics; my hair looked amazing . I will definitely be going back for balayage.
