Very polite and helpful staff members , we wanted 2 pairs of shoes in the same size as it was busy 2 for £10 ,but they only had 1 pair in store, but explained that they could order the other and they would be sent to our home .which is what they did for us .

Cheap shoes ideal for school shoes an they normally get wrecked on the playground anyway.

Nice little shoe shop

Went to the Banbury branch today and we were very impressed by the staff especially Kenny who was very helpful and a lovely person. Came away with a nice pair of trainers at a decent price.

I visit this shop sometimes and only once I was lucky to buy the suitable shoes. Plus: cheap shoes and location is good. Minus: smelly, no suitable sizes.

Good shoes, boots and sandals at very reasonable prices both in store or online.

I went into shoezone today 13/2/2017 Banbury, and i was very impressed by how well the store was laid out,also how tidy and well faced up it was.The store Manager,Nicky Stead, and staff were very helpful indeed.Origanally i was going in to have a look around but came out with a new pair of slippers,which the staff were helpful telling me which ones were on offer and what i wanted.I also had help in ordering a new pair of wellies that the store didnt have my size in.I have ordered them on line with a discount.I will certainly recommend banbury Shoezone store to other people on how they gave good customer service, and how organised the store was.Well Done to all the staff their.I was very impressed as a customer.

Very surprised by this shop. The website makes it appear to be a real cheap and nasty place, however on visiting the selection is good and the shoes are cheap and good value for money (probably won't last as long as expensive shoes, but then they are 1/4 the price). The store is missing the last star as it is quite a cramped shop and could do with more seats to help try on shoes. Would visit again next time I need some boots.

All cheap shoes in here, so I wouldn't normally go for it. But only place in Banbury to buy kid's slippers in August... Cheap and cheerful.
