As a landlord, I would not recommend Klinstone property services - I had an awful experience with my previous tenant so I decided to give my property to this company for full management. Yet, they are some incredibly unprofessional service. I’ve had to deal with three different people who were in charge of renting out my property in December 2021 until May 2022 and none of them have been of any help. They charged me for the inventory check up, as well as other fees, yet they didn’t do an inventory check up or check out. My tenant damaged my newly refurbished house but I was not able to get a deposit scheme because the company didn’t do what it was supposed to do and didn’t get any evidence on my behalf. The tenant also had multiple people living on my property and the company failed to inform me. I have decided to make a complaint against this company because I have made so many calls and emails about the inventory check in and check out to no avail.

Having just finished a tenancy with the help of Kilnstone Property, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free and diligent experience. Jay in particular was very helpful from the get go and was always on hand whenever we needed him for assistance.
