I used to love popping into this store and found the male owner helpful and lovely. I would always walk out with a new bracelet addition. But two of my new bracelets broke after only three months of having them. One was my fault for falling and snapping the other was by itself as it was super delicate. The female owner nawar told me that it was my fault and wouldn’t have happened by itself. Zero compassion and offered peanuts to buy it back or to charge more than she thought the bracelet was worth to potentially fix it. I have recommended many people here and was super disappointed by her attitude towards a customer- saying she has plenty more. She won’t have plenty more when everyone realises that the newer items are bad quality. As pretty as the things are in this store I would really think twice about purchasing as the aftercare is so so bad and you’ll be greeted with an attitude. What a shame. My other bracelets I’ve owned for years and have never had an issue. Even if you look after your things they’ll likely break. They offered to fix my bracelet for £100 when I only got to wear it for three months before it broke. It’s not my fault we went into lockdown.

I visited the shop with my family on 14 July 23 at first lady was having lunch so we waited outside for 20 mint After she finish we rang the bell and started to see what's gonna look good on baby she showed 1 pcs and I start the conversation how much its gonna cost and per gram price she was so rude she was not even in a mood to sell. I ask the price Actually I wana compare bcz online gold rate was low as compare to what she was telling me about per gram. I wana know if she was charging us making cost as well afterward she said u don't knw the simple math 1 gram is 90£. So rude behaviour don't ever visit this shop.

The most amazing jewellers I have been to, honestly.They always have new collections that follow the latest fashion and trends.They don’t have a huge markup, they really sell their gold at very reasonable prices, affordable to anybody who just wants to buy a gift or add to their collections.You can easily tell they are very experienced, they really get to know you and understand what you like, which really adds to the experience.Coming here is always so memorable they are all so lovely and charismatic.Parking is also very easy.Highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing jewellery to just pop in and have a look, you will definitely come back - just like me!
