I had a really great experience here, it was all covid secure and Claire worked her magic and did a fantastic job. Will definately be returning. This was more than just a haircut, i came out feeling much better about myself almost like a new person.

I took my daughter for her first hair cut and it was very lovely and she enjoyed it and was really good with her and very friendly with her

I did ask for curtain bangs and I’ve got literally nothing. Just a few hairs shorter than my lengths. I did ask for highlights, showed them the photo. I’ve got nothing like the photo. They were just in constant hurry. Claire applied the toner after bleaching in less then 5 minutes. She was very rough. While she was applying the toner, kept saying I have very thick hair and she has to do this and that. This is so unprofessional. Thin of thick hair, I should have been treated with the same respect like everyone else is. It’s not my fault I have thick hair and everything takes longer than it should.When I got home, I realised that I still had brassy hair on some places. Luckily I had some leftover toner at home which did the job.This haircut and balayage were my birthday present and I couldn’t wait to make that change. It was all a disappointment.P.S 1: I was initially in hurry too. I had to pick my son up from school. But I’ve arranged to be picked up by me neighbour.P.S 2: Their excuse was I wasn’t put down for toner. But who would leave the salon with brassy hair? When you make an appointment for balayage, it’s obvious that you consider the toner, also.I just wish I could turn back the time …

Love my hair every time I visit! Always a fun bubbly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. Friendly staff, always greeted with a smile & everyone is always made to feel very welcome! Absolutely love it here
