I was contacted by someone from Listers via chat, whilst looking at their website. He was very helpful, without being pushy and we ended up speaking on the phone, despite it being Saturday night. I visited the showroom the next day and managed to secure the car that I wanted at a competitive price. I collected the car two weeks later and was given a comprehensive demonstration of all the features by one of the staff. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

Having just taken delivery of our new Jazz today, We would like to thank Mike for his excellent Customer Service. From the day we first walked in to take a look at cars, to today, taking the keys, we have received a pleasant, respectful smiling service. He was able to answer any question that we had, he brought the car to our house (so that we could see it would fit down our odd shaped drive), to understanding when we turned up without the V5 of the part ex. (and the lift back home to get it). Thankyou so much. I would highly recommend a visit to Honda Coventry. A very helpful and pleasant staff, and once again, Thanks Mike,

What an absolute delight! Brilliantly attentive staff and superb sales team that really want to understand what the customer wants in order to find the right deal. We were looked after by Stacey Smith who was just superb, he helped us sort out a proper test drive - not a twenty minute around the block job, but one where we could really get to know the car. He then worked with us to put together a deal that ticked all the boxes. Every interaction with them is easy and straightforward - Definitely recommend!

I went to get my second car at Coventry Honda Listers this January 2020. A much better visit from my last one. I seen Mike who I found very helpful. He listened to my reservations. I was given all the information I required. I did not feel rushed at all or under pressure. I feel I would always go back here because Micheal. I'm so pleased with my new Honda Jazz. Many Thanks

As I do not like driving in Coventry the car was fetched and delivered back. The lady on the phone was very friendly and efficient,and explained everything very clearly. The car was cleaned inside and out and I was given free breakdown insurance for twelve months. A superb and very reasonable service. Congratulations Honda on a job well done.

Some hiccups on hand over but handled professionally. Lovely staff. Good service and lovely hot chocolate. I have dealt with most of the member of staff during the buying of my car. Barry, Sam, Josh and Doyle all easy to talk to and professional. Hand over could have ran more smoothly but technology has a mind of it's own. Had to go back in for a clean as some parts were rather dusty. But staff looked after me well. Just a shame about the waiting as it did ruin the exciting experience of getting a new car.

Tom and Stacey were really helpful. The service reception staff although polite always give me the impression that they are too busy to deal with me. Someone else there yesterday had the same impression. It would also be nice if a car wash was offered instead of having to ask. I think Listers Honda could learn lessons from Listers Toyota. They automatically offer a car wash every time and their staff are much friendlier.

The salesman was professional, prompt and pleasant. All our enquiries were answered, multiple options for cars given and explained, and no doubts were left behind. The cars themselves were impressive as well and I was happy to find the right car at a good price. Unfortunately, I was disappointed after being informed the price that should cover three years of service only covered two years and a half instead. I am really pleased with the car, but in the end, I did not take the service. I don't believe I should be returning to take the service just half a year after purchasing the car from the dealer.
