Bought Meindl boots here some years ago but they cannot send them for new soles because of brexit. Suggested I could do it myself. Poor service

Love this shop, have only ever visited the Belfast store and didn't know they had one here. It sells a huge range of great quality outdoor clothing. Loads of different brands from Rab to Jack Wolfskin. Also sells shoes and sunglasses, backpacks etc. Staff are so friendly too.

If you want a pair of walking/hiking boots, this is the place to go. Les spent time with us measuring our feet and getting us the right pair of boots. Excellent service and really helpful guy a credit to the company.

Staff shared extensive knowledge and expertise on outdoor pursuits and recommended equipment. The fitting for my trail shoes was carefully done, no sales push, just clear advice. I was very happy with my purchases, so glad I didn't opt for the generic sports shops

Reasonably well stocked outdoor shop. However when buying a pair of duscounted walking shoes recently, I was told I'd get an extra 15% off. When I checked my online receipt nothing had been taken off. After several phone calls, they said no further discount could be given on sale items. No notice of the verbal contract entered. Shoes going back!

I like Costwolds Outdoor shop. It is one of the mountain shop in Belfast with a good variety of mountain equipment with all the most important brands. They are very professional. If you need to buy mountain boots they will measure your foot to get the best size possible for you. The only thing it is that is one of the most expensive mountain shops if not the most expensive. You can find the same products in other shops with good offers. That's why I don't give 5 stars

Well set out over three floors with plenty of space. Decent selection of products. Friendly staff with excellent product knowledge. Micheal in City Centre store was quick, effective, and an encyclopaedia of product knowledge. Thomas helpful with great customer service. A subesquent visit to Boucher was needed to try a size that was not in stock in Belfast. I was helped there by Ryan and again the service was helpful and professional. No hard sell. This guys clearly wanted to find what was right for me. Recommended
