New prescription glasses were stronger than my old pair. Tried them on and the vision is worse. Was told it was the style and that I just need to get used to them.

Super happy that they are open over weekend. Lorna was super welcoming and friendly, explaining different tests and being interested in my questions. Dan who did my eye test showed me the results and explained readings and pictures taken. Very assuring and nice experience. Thank you!

Well dont reckon much on specsavers canterbury went for my appt at 09.05 but because i got there 09.10 the misserable indian woman said sorry but as you missed your appointment by 5 mins the only slot available is this afternoon told her forget it ill go somewhere else so got vision express next Saturday 9.50 and the woman on phone got a soh unlike specsavers

Really disappointed - I have been with Specsavers for years - and have just tried to call and make an appointment as my sight has dramatically changed - but I have been told I have to wait until January when my appointment is due - and to 2025 for my contact lenses. For the first time I am considering going elsewhere

I’ve always had great service from the staff at Specsavers Canterbury. Easy to book appointment online which they then confirm.My recent eye test was straightforward but I didn’t have time the same day to choose new frames, so returned a couple of weeks later to choose 3 different frames and Joshua did all the measurements and calculations to get me the best price. When I returned to collect the glasses, saw Joshua again who completed the fitting quietly and competently.I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the glasses themselves. Thank you.
