Recently visited this shop.I bought two leather bracelets. Had to take one back on day of purchase due to the magnetic clasp not working. Upon returning home the second bracelet has started to turn my wrist green where the clasp sits. Probably due to cheap metal being used. Not worth the money you pay.The only positive is the lady who works there is very friendly and chatty.

Lovely shop and great staff, after a very busy day in store Charlie stayed past the shops closing time to fit me in for a piercing. Would 100% recommend! Will be back again soon

Really kind, I kept giving updates for my piercing and I was calmer about the healing and getting it pierced, very nice staff and very relaxing environment, would recommend! :)

Wonderful little shop full of gifts and treasures. The piercing lady was very professional and her piercing room was sparklingly clean. The needle piercing I had in my nose wasn't painful. I've had no trouble with it at all. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but also happy for me to browse. Highly recommended, professional with 1st class customer service. Many thanks! I'll be back!

I have had a couple of piercings done by Charlie now and I would not go anywhere else! She is wonderful! Truly makes me feel at ease. The after care I have recieved on all occasions is impeccable. Answers all of my follow up questions and queries without any problems. All of the staff are so lovely and friendly. Absolutely fantastic little business ❤️
