Really fantastic company to work with, Mr Khan is very professional and is always always on time.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone, service was poor, unhoovered, couldn't play music through the head unit, couldn't even play the radio. Was told the last customer had it working. So why wasn't it checked prior to picking us up. Nearly an hour late picking us up. Complete joke. Not even a phone call to apologise for the inconvenience caused. Fantastic customer service on all accounts. Nice one!!!!

Absolutely horrendous service from Mr Khan. Sent me a limo for my sisters wedding covered in duck tape! Windows were damaged, covered it with polyfila, floor was tiled but the tiles were broken and loose. Stains on the interior and didn't feel the need to clean the limo. The sun roof was sealed with duck tape but was a botched job as the rain was leaking inside causing 16 wedding guests to huddle up with the feet crouched!. When I complained to Mr Khan as to why he would send a limo in that condition, he's response was 'the limo still works and that I am being picky!' how dare he?! I paid £450 and expected a clean vehicle at the very least. If he could not deliver, then he should not accept the job! Avoid at all costs!

First class service, this is the second time we have used Manhattan Limos. The drivers are polite, helpful and always on time. The limousines are clean, well prepared and very luxurious. We’ve already made our third booking and can’t wait!
