The team were a great bunch of guys who carried out the job as instructed, and did so with enthusiasm and professionalism. Was our first time moving home, and they made it much easier for us. Nothing was broken, and everything was put in the correct rooms we asked for. Would happily recommend them.

I Just wanted to give a huge thanks to young Craig who helped me out when I had broken down on the motor way. Although admittedly I haven't used Orwell Removalsservices, if the members of their team are willing to simply pull over and tow someone in distress to a nearby car park for no other reason than to help then I expect it speaks volumes toward the level of service they offer their customers. They've mangled the back of my wardrobe! Was told they could disconnect and reconnect everything, but I had to reconnect the oven myself. More importantly they failed to get my sofa upstairs, told me I'd have to remove a window. Me and a friend completed this task in about 15mins. Overall they were very slow and the older chap got very angry and prideful when I offered any suggestions or help. It reached a point at which he was so angry he was completely ignoring me. Very rude - The owners reply very nicely demonstrates his argumentative nature - Update: We have since discovered that the bed was also incorrectly reassembled and parcel tape was used to cover the mistake, the entire thing is wobbly and unsafe. They also left pieces of cardboard under the oven, constituting a fire hazard. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Please do not use them if you care about safety and keeping your property undamaged

Orwell removals made a potentially stressful day 100% stress free. All the lads were friendly joyful very hard working with nothing being to much trouble. All our possessions were handled with care nothing was damaged in any way stairs doorways walls were free from scuffs and scratches.Even though there was a relaxed working atmosphere they were efficient and working to an obvious tried and tested system. I can't believe how quickly we were packed and then unpacked in our new home. Thank you to Craig, Ken and the lads your hard work was much appreciated.

I have used this team 4 times now and each time I’ve had a fantastic experience. From small moves to complex moves they have been quick to respond, take the stress out of moving and are professional throughout. I have had the packing service in the past which was a Godsend when I put my back out and I’ve used their storage facility in my last move. Worth every penny and I always recommend them.

The best local removal company...have used them twice now and both times have had exceptional service from Craig and his team.Nothing is too much trouble and would definitely highly recommend as they were professional and friendly throughout the move.

Great team, their experience was obvious, extremely helpful and it all made for a calm day. They made me laugh, which took away the moving day stress. Providing cake earns you brownie points! Recommend for a smooth move!

The guys that did our house move for us were brilliant. Fast, efficient and very speedy! They did more than I expected, with taking apart beds, wardrobes and then putting them all back together again at the new house. Highly Recommend!

Really professional service with amazing and polite communication. I needed a piano moved and they charged £180 which was cheaper than other companies and this included getting up a large flight of steps. The piano did not have a mark on it so they did a good job.I phoned them for the quote quite late in the evening and they are open late and so this is really helpful. Their communication was amazing and they let you know an hour before when they are due to arrive.When I move I'll be using this company again and will strongly recommend them to friends and family.
