Stood behind the counter for over 25mins waited to get some simple lamination. Within the time, Ive not been greeted by any of the staffs. No communication or whatsoever. Despite of good parking location, I wouldnt have gone there! Overpriced! It seems like thats my last. Lets support our local businesses instead!

After price checking through Staples Plymouth website looking for printer ink. The best deal was here. When I got there only to find it's £4 more than advertised.The assistant was very pleasant and said they get the same complaint almost daily.

Oh, I love it in here. But then I've got a thing for stationery. I quite often flick my way through reams of paper or pads of Post It Notes and inhale the scent as I do so. There's nothing quite like new stationery. This is why I'm quite often arrested in such establishments. The staff are quite understanding though.

Very impressed with resolution to a problem by Ed the manager, it wasn’t an easy one but he took the time to rectify, even looking up receipt from a year ago great customer service I would definitely recommend to others!

When Staples withdrew from the UK, the chain here bought them out and rebranded as Office Outlet".They seem to be struggling. As I write this the Plymouth branch is in the final stages of its closing-down sale. The chain may yet survive

Why is this place so big when it only has a few items in it. I love getting supplies from here but they need to move into a smaller building because no one ever comes to this area to go to staples. I want them to move badly.Also this place is bad because they say to remove all dangerous weapons when you go in yet someone ran over to me grabbed a pencil and stabbed me in my ear and took my money. Now i can't buy any pens. Damn

The store has a great products that are off a very high quality, it is often hard to find specific products but the staff there are always willing to help and point you in the right direction.

Very little stock on the shelves and if you do find what you want there is nobody on the checkout to complete the sale and they do not bother to come even if one of the other staff calls for them. If they want to stop people shopping there they are going the right way about it.
