The staff are spot on. I get my tickets there for the penrith player's events. You can reserve tickets and go and collect them at a later date, They cover lots of events that you can get tickets for. eg. Wannasee They also have bus timetables there.

The museum has lots of interesting local history and the information center is the ideal place to find out what is in and around our beautiful area
