Cancelled just eat order with no explanation. A phone call would have been nice to have said why the order was cancelled. Really frustrating but the fact they cancel orders with no explanation says a lot about how they value their customers...Might be a perfectly reasonable explanation why they cancelled my order, but no contact from them at all quite frankly is appalling.

Good food for the money. Average prices for the food they sell. The chips were really good and you get a good amount for the cost of a bag of chips.The shop is clean and tidy.Food is well presented.Staff were welcoming.

It was the most horrible takeaway. I waited like 50m for my order and the staffs have no good manners; If there was an option for negative 5 stars, that’s what I would rate them

This business accepted our order through UberEats and then cancelled it, yet still took our £65 and denied all knowledge, and it’s not the first time judging by other reviews! We tried calling the business to resolve but the person on the phone was rude and refused to help. Avoid this company at all costs, hopefully they go bust soon.

Avoid if you are visiting the local area - ordered through Uber eats and the order was accepted however then cancelled by the merchant, no refund provided

Staff are very friendly and food was pretty good. If I'm being really honest chips could have been cooked longer not as crispy as I would like, was very busy at the time. Prices are really good and big menu.

Cancelled my just eat order without giving any reason and left me hungry. Had to order from somewhere else once I realised.Edit: they do this every time you attempt to order. They show as delivering to Portishead but always cancel.
