I recently had the fortune to have Sarah Mercer assist me in a complex mortgage situation. Apart from other factors, I am nearing retirement age and was concerned that I would have problems trying to get a mortgage. Sarah found the right one for me and made sure that all the criteria was correct for me. She was extremely patient and explained everything precisely so that I understood throughout each step. I’ve been really impressed with Thomas Morris with the purchase of our new property. Both Kris & Dominic who handled the sale but more so Alex who supported us with the progression from day 1. Alex is brilliant, not only at her job but is so easy to discuss concerns and nothing is too much trouble. Very realistic in her approach to the challenges a chain can bring. Excellent service from Thomas Morris Ramsey whenever I have been involved with them. Professional, helpful, excellent at maintaining contact. I have been assisting a family member who doesn't live locally most recently and their friendly efficient service has made the whole situation so much easier. I would highly recommend them. Fantastic service from the whole team but special thanks to Alex and Julie who've been assisting me most recently and Kris who has completed viewings with us in the past. Kris was fantastic showing us around a property. He was knowledgeable and let us look without feeling pressured. It was nice to talk to an agent without feeling the need to provide answers on the spot. Timely follow up the next day and have since booked a house valuation.

Thomas Morris have been excellent for us. We had really bad services from WH Brown and especially Sharman Quinney, and Thomas Morris save the day for us. Early stages of buying a property and cannot fault Julie Spinks from the estate agents. She is friendly, welcoming and very professional and puts you at ease with any questions you have. For me this was the first time of helping my 85 year old Mum purchase a property and Julie ‘held my hand’ and guided me through the process. Cannot fault my experience with them.. unlike other estate agents I viewed with. Highly recommend Thomas Morris.
