We purchased a car from Lookers Renault and dealt with Jenny. She is a fantastic salesperson and made our transaction a pleasure. I am based about 90 minutes away from the dealership so Jenny arranged to send me a video of the car I was interested in. A fair part exchange value was agreed for my old vehicle. When I viewed the vehicle the car was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I was able to take it on an unassisted test drive and was given as much time as I wanted to look over it. I had many questions about the car which Jenny answered instantly via email. Overall a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to purchase from Lookers Renault Carlisle again.

Highly recommended! Great service and car was very competitively priced. My initial online enquiry was swiftly followed up by Jacob in the sales team and he maintained excellent communication throughout the process. I was able to travel down from Glasgow to conclude the admin formalities and pick the car up within 3 days. It was a hassle-free experience and will look to purchase from this dealership again in the future.

I never went into the Dacia Dealership Lookers, thinking I .would be driving away a few days later with a beautiful new 2nd hand car. I dealt with Jenny who is charming, non pushy, intelligent and very helpful. The whole experience was incredibly easy; assessing my old car, finance options, etc. My new car is wonderful and fits my family now, including the roomy boot for the Labrador. Thank you.

Buying a vehicle without seeing it in person can be quite daunting, but Lookers Carlisle were great at providing all the information I requested and ultimately selling me a fabulous car! Particular gratitude to Harold for walking me through the process from start to finish and providing a car that was exactly as described. And thanks to Nigel for doing the 6hr journey to deliver said car to my doorstep and taking my part ex away!
