Just witnessed a customer having ago at the landlady for no apparent reason. She handled it very professionally and was very polite about it. The beer is the cheapest in town and a lovely little pub to be in. Will definitely be going back on a regular lovely place to be and have a drink with friends and family.

Beers okay. First time in the place and as others have said Landlady clearly has an attitude. Even when being patient and getting past this to get a drink it was outstandingly hard work to get her to listen to a simple two drink order.Anywhere else will do fine

Absolute local gem. Great prices of beer, nice variety of crowd - both younger and older people. Karaoke available. Had a great time!

Only giving a 1 star because negatives don’t exist. Very racist pub, you’re only allowed to feel comfortable there if you’re white and old(I should have checked out the Google photos before going there). We stepped in and the bartender was looking for excuses to kick us out, to the extent of asking us for IDs. She should just have told us we’re not welcome there. If you’re a black person, you’re better off throwing your money into the gutter. Really horrible place.
