Even after confirming the order was REAL you STILL shot me down for asking a simple question. RUDE responses AFTER you confirmed I was a paying customer. So stick that in your till and bank it!Fairly rude on the phone...I wanted to ask one simple question and was told to go to the site and look. I said that I had been to the site as I didn't want to bother them but couldn't find the answer and the response was a very cutting 'scroll down'. I said I had looked but couldn't see it and got a very short and grumpy reply telling me to 'scroll down and look'.They also kept asking for my receipt number as if I was potentially not a real customer and seemed fairly annoyed I didn't have it. Of course...if it had been emailed to me I may have been able to give it to them...but to this day I didn't receive a confirmation email or any reference by email.I did eventually find the answer on their site...but the site is messy and many of the links don't work. I had spent hundreds of pounds and only needed a little support. I don't work for you and don't know your site so it's not instantly obvious...a little understanding from a customers point of view would go a long way...absolutely no need to be short with me on the phone and no need to talk to me like I'm lazy and stupid!Several more registers needed in the next few months for our next expansion...won't be buying them from this place!

Good service and great value for money. Just purchased an Olivetti ECR7100, it was well priced and has plenty of features. Even got 10 free rolls with it. Would recommend looking at video tutorials or youtube to set up. Easier than trying to follow a manual.

We ordered two new Casio tills from CRG for a trade show. The advice on which machine to get was excellent, and CRG imported our data (hundreds of items) onto the tills before despatch, and trained us how to use them over the phone. They are excellent machines and we are delighted with them, allowing us to process more customers and eliminating long queues. Des was extremely helpful throughout.

Just watched the very informative videos produced by Cash register Group. I did not purchase my till from them but they have assisted me in resolving a setting on the till which I could not understand and which CASIO would not assist with. Great service-thanks.

the worse people i have ever dealt with , i bought Casio se s3000, i wanted to send it back , they waned to take almost 50% off the value for repackaging!! they didn't want to help at all... i don't recommend this group

Dez and his team offer very competitive prices, combined with first-rate customer service. The Meareshop & Tearoom fully recommends CRG and will be using them again when we next require POS Devices.

Awful service. Machine arrived with missing parts. They don't reply to emails. When I phoned them they told me to contact Casio warehouse as they don't supply parts. Paid for till set up and they mispelled most of the message on the receipt! (Welsh words included) They would not take the machine back. They offered to talk me through the set up over the phone so that I could set it up myself, but they would not refund the set up charges I paid for! The lady I've spoken to, Donna, was arrogant and very rude. Don't buy from them!!

Excellent little machine. Seems fairly simple to operate. If, when you set up your shop's name to print on the receipts, it seems not to have worked - switch it off and on again and then it prints correctly.

We opened the fountain inn in Laugharne we ordered our first till from this company the service was excellent delivered on time we had the till preprogrammed this service is highly recommended .Our business has grown we have now received our second till ordered on Sunday delivered on Thursday fully programmed and ready to use also we had a phone call to discuss any alterations we needed superb service thank you
