Alert!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Such a shame, All my and my friend's stuff from the room is gone without any notice. Be careful people. Your stuff is not at all safe in there. They don't have CCTV cameras where it's definitely required. Upon enquiring with the Manager, she said they have no idea where all my stuff is gone, and doesn't look like they are investigating seriously. They are not ready to show whatever CCTV Footage they have. They are more worried about their money than customer service.There were so many expensive things in it and god knows whether i will get my stuff back or whether the accommodation will compensate for it.The cleaning staff is clearly refusing on our face that there was nothing in the room. This is totally not done. Worst Service. Worst Management ever!!!!Please people make your choice keeping your and your things safety in mind. Don't fall for such management who can't even trace where the stuff has been gone from the room.SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

So I don’t live here- my girlfriend does and as far as I’maware the noise levels in the building are far beyond acceptable. Ever since she moved into the accommodation builders have been replacing, what I assume is, cladding on the outside of the building which would be fine if it hadn’t been delayed time and time again. The builders will play drum and bass outside of her window and the sound of the drilling is damn near torturous.Extremely unimpressed and at times it makes me feel sad for her, putting up with intense noise levels day after day whilst the builders seemingly rest on their laurels.Wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to anyone until the building works are “eventually” completed.Edit: now your visitors need to bring photo ID or they won’t be allowed in- how nice and authoritarian. The receptionists must’ve felt they didn’t have enough control lmao okay

Enjoyed my first year of uni living here. Great value for money compared to other student accommodation in the area, it seemed more like a hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and hosted many social events, handing out free food too. The only thing that ruins it is messy loud flatmates, but that can't be avoided. The area is busy and loud due to clubs, especially at night.

The workers were totally unrespectful with me.It Is a Place without air ducts, you can't breath inside this flat.The organisation Is comic, because suddenly you could change you room.The baddest flat flat in Bournemouth, trust me.

Save your money. If you're on the first floor there is a huge generator making noise 12 hours a day. The reception does nothing about it. The rooms themselves are filthy, and prepare to clean them yourself when you arrive. The food at the cafeteria is not worth a penny, nobody eats there unless they have to.Do not get me started on the service of the reception. They are not friendly at all, if they're having a conversation among themselves you have to wait until they finish to be greeted. This goes for their manager, Nikki, as well.It's not worth £177 a week, it's not even worth £100 a week, tbh.I paid for a kitchen with a microwave, only to find out there was no microwave, notified the reception, the microwave never came. I even reminded them 6 weeks later.The only good thing the accommodation has going for it is its location and that itself isn't even that good. There are other accommodations, such as Dorchester House and Home Park, who have just as good a location and actually got some sunlight in.

I was staying in the Kaplan living Residence. The location was quite good, very central. Sadly, the school was quite far away from the residence. The infrastructure at the residence was very bad. There were 3 dryers and washing machines for over 1000 students. The Kitchen was dirty, one of the worst kitchen I'd ever seen. I spoke to the reception and was told that was the problem of the residents, even though I had just arrived and never used the kitchen. There was one vacuum cleaner available, again, for all the 1000 students. Everything I needed to clean the Kitchen, what I had to do myself, was bought by me. The next week the kitchen was dirty again, and I complained, and they didn't do anything to address the issue.Over my whole stay, 2 months, there were construction works ongoing. I wasn't informed when I booked my room. The workers were very noisy, drilling and hammering until 6 pm at least. You couldn't get a quiet second to safe your life. They also worked in front the windows, so you didn't have any privacy either.On one occasion I was sent an email telling me that I had to leave the residence tomorrow at 10 am, although I had paid for 3 more weeks. I was told they had double booked some rooms and it was the schools fault, and I should see where I could stay. It was a pain to figure out what was happening. I talked to someone at the school to solve the issue, Weiwei, and she was playing a game on her phone when talking to me. I finally had to change my room after being left without any information for over 72 hours. In my new room there was no electricity on any plug.On an other occasion, the laundry room was renovated. It took them 5 days, planned was 1. We did not get informed in advance and were forced to hand wash our clothes or using them dirty.I payed over 2300 CHF for my 2 month stay. Absolutely wasted money. Unprofessional and overpriced.Would not recommend at all. Save your money please.

Nice reception staff.Cockroaches in my daughters flat and it took far too long to get it resolved

Nice studio apartments, but I've been having noise issues.I've been having problems with really loud parties going down deep into the night in the common room that's sitting directly below my room, so you can imagine how loud it gets. Even though noise and parties after hours (11pm) are clearly prohibited in the rules of the place, nothing gets done about it unless you tell them about it yourself. I've been reassured multiple times about how they're going to be looking out for noise in the common room in the future"

My son stayed there last year, the accommodation was cleaned fortnightly and reception staff very helpful. It was socially quiet and pleasant to stay but the noise from outside builders working on it was unbearable, my son had to study at the library etc because of how loud it was all day long, and still going on now, that is why he chose different accommodation this year.

Dirty, disgusting and incredibly rude staff. Supposed to offer ‘clean, comfortable and secure accommodation‘ for an under 16 attending summer school. We arrived to find bedroom was filthy (uncleaned with dirty sheets, old apple/ tissues on bedside, used wet towel in bathroom). Common room equally horrendous (see pics). Made reception lady aware and she was VERY unhelpful with a bad attitude. Not apologetic and made us feel like we were asking FAR too much for the room to be clean on arrival. If you want to feel unwelcome and waste your money...stay here.
