It’s five months since he promised to finish the job we agreed in one month; took the money into his personal bank not his company account, left the job unfinished, left the building materials damaged in the weather, virtually damaged and destroyed the path outside of my house and didn’t bother even to clean the mess he left behind . All what he did documented in photos and videos, I don't recommend this novice soft spoken builder to anyone; stay away !!I forgot to add whether the HMRC would accept the practice of taking company money into personal bank account; or the building standards would approve taking money for building job and then to run a way without doing the job ; or if there is any law firm can’t handle my claims damages to my house the way it’s
