Phoned them and a man came out the next day to measure up. No high pressure sales tactics and he left me a brochure to look at. I originally wanted white, then decided to have blue, as no house on the road has a blue garage door and it's my favourite colour. There was no extra charge for deciding on a blue door instead of white. The original date was delayed, but this gave me more time for other things and to clear the garage ready. The office said it would be about a 3 hour installation job, but the eager 2 lads got the job done in about 1 hour 40 mins. The new garage door looks excellent. They took my old garage door and fittings away and left no mess. The door is very smooth, quiet and easy to use. In all an excellent service and I highly recommend them.

Whilst purchase/install was ok, when the garage door when faulty we experienced appalling service, repair personnel came and after four visits they have not repaired it. We had to pay ninety odd pounds before they'd come out, after four visits still doesn't work. A garage door is no use if you can't open it! Our ten year guarantee is worthless it seems! Can your manager please call us as promised?

Had garage door fitted 4 years ago, 2 months ago it developed an intermittent fault. We have since had 4 visits by their engineers, 3 engineers on the first 3 visits. Said they had changed the motor but I do no believe this to be this case. Rang again to be told the controller was at fault and this was not included in our 10 year guarantee and would cost £485. I asked to speak to a manager who was not available but would call me next day. Over A week later still no callback and a very temperamental door which often does not open.I await a resolution!

It’s taken 8 months of back and forth to get a damaged door replaced. The door was fitted with dents and scratches along the bottom all scratched back passed the paint layer down to the bare metal.The company’s idea of a suitable repair was to paint over them and still expect me to pay £1200 for it.I had to escalate this from salesman to sales manager to branch manager to director and was still declined a new undamaged door. I had to take legal advice and liaise directly with the finance company before making any progress.I ordered a “new door” and was paying £1200 for it. Why would I then accept a damaged door when I should receive what a signed up for, a new door. After many emails over 8 months, the company offered me the new undamaged door that I agreed to purchase originally. They made me feel as though they were doing me a favour a gesture of good will, when in fact they were providing me what I paid for and agreed to.The new door arrived but had damage again on the bottom, scratching passed the paint layer and down to the bare metal. It wasn’t as bad as the previous door but m concerns were it’ll rust. To save going through this entire ordeal again I have accepted some touch up paint to prevent the damage rusting.I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Avoid if you have the choice, I wish I could have walked away and they just took their damaged door back.

I can see that some people have had good dealings with this company... my experience of this company was terrible.I went to their showroom and they were great. Had all information and options etc and we booked for a guy to come out to measure up. The guy came and measured up and then asked for half the money there and then saying that we would most probably have the door installed within 3 weeks. We then had no contact for at around two weeks to even acknowledge that we'd given the guy money. When I rang to get info on our order they claimed they had sent out a receipt and order confirmation by post. They hadn't and it arrived a couple of days later. We then heard nothing for over a week to schedule installation. At every point I had to contact them to chase and they kept saying the delivery to them had been delayed.Finally they installed the door...they left brick dust all over the garage with little or no attempts to cover our belongings. Trim was left unfinished (see image) and the door would not close without catching the floor (causing scratches on the paint). They sent the instalation guys back the same day and they refitted. Fine.They said they would get end caps for the scruffy trim and some touch up paint for the scratches. That also took ages and they brought the wrong colour touch up pain with them and had to come back. I asked the guys if I could keep the touch up paint and they did they couldn't leave it. Following this the manager (I think) contacted me saying they would pop some in the post which I thought was a nice gesture. After the call I got a coustomer satisfaction text message through... I gave the feedback as very dissatisfied. The paint still has not arrived.I have to say though, that the final product looks great and works well. See pic

Initially the door wasn't fitted properly by the fitters so it wouldn't lock. But the company were happy to come back and correct it with different fitters. I also struggled to get a receipt/invoice. I had to ask many times to get one eventually. Price is competitive and the customer service is okay although I felt like it took a lot of effort and frustration to deal with this company.
