One of the worst companies I have ever been in contact with. They have no consideration for their tenants at all. I had problems all year round with the flat and neighbours. They take no time to help you with issues. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, especially students.

Spent two years in 10 Maryland street, was the well looked after by the lovely office staff. We were able to make the flat a home. Fantastic company, would recommend to any other students looking for accommodation in city centre

Liverpool Student Lettings are rude and confrontational. They do not sort problems out but only to make the issue worse. Worst student rental in Liverpool and I have lived in other student accommodations (including uni halls) in Liverpool for 4+ years!

Fox Street is the worst place I have ever lived in. I’m so glad I have moved out from the property today. The staff haven’t got any self respect to their tenants.
