Lee from Rhodar came to assess our property on Foster Street which is being redeveloped. We had an asbestos management survey prior to purchase and none was detected, but the plumbing contractors were wary of an old heating cupboard thinking it might contain asbestos. Lee came and assessed the situation, agreeing with our Asbestos Management Report and the building work is now going ahead. He was prompt and most helpful.
