I was really impressed with the quality of service provided by Midland telecom. I needed a business mobile contract set up and they were more than happy to oblige. I was able to choose the mobile network that suited me most and they were able to get me a good discount versus going to Orange myself, saving me a lot of money.

We recently tendered the whole service due to our system being out of date and the problems that was creating. Midland Telecom were very enthusiastic to retain our account and were very flexible and innovative in providing the right solution for us. Not only did they come up with the best solution, but the effort they put in to support our existing equipment to keep it going was excellent in terms of customer support. I cannot understand how considering all of the previous reviews I have received such a poor experience from Midland Telecom. having been in a contract for some time now I am ecstatic that the end is nearing to enable us to move elsewhere. The poorest level of customer service I have or every hope to experience. Sorry Midland Telecom but continual ignoring of a customer is not acceptable.

We have had our landlines with Midland Telecom for a few years now and we have have now moved our mobiles to them as well. Great service and great savings. Thanks to Steve Morris for sorting this out. I didn't even have to lift a finger. Definitely recommend.

I had a telephone system installed by Midland Telecom and they helped guide us through the whole process. They dealt with our lines, seating plan, handset selection and did all the complicated bits with BT lines and numbers.Their staff are a credit to them and are courteous and friendly and I would not hesitate recommend them to anyone else.

excellent and prompt service. peter stanek was very knowledgeable and a personable young man. we decided to change suppliers as B.T. were very pushy regarding their change from cables to fibre lines and it would havecost us considerably more each year. midland telecom are actually cheaper than b.t. for our current supplies and i believe b.t. are increasing their prices from april this year. all in all - good move!!!
