They are horrible people to buy an item from.I purchased and a bike lift the item delivered I checked the parts are missing, contact them via email & phone had no answer no reply it's been over 2 months. Then I post the ithem back to them still not heard any thing from them.

Do not use - goods supplied are damaged or seconds.Please read all feedback reviews - packages were wrapped damaged. The items were not damaged by courier - replacements were shipped unchecked and in worse condition than the first shipment. Communication was also very poor for a process that takes over 2 weeks to receive a refund.Please use an alternative supplier.

This company is discusting do not order with them I placed a order a month ago and still not been delivered and are not giving a refund not helpful very rude sure there scamming people do not buy from this company they do not reply to emails or answer the phone DO Not BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Useless, almost everything I have looked at is not available - Plasma Cutter, varous workbenches to name but a few. It's been that way since way before Covid and lockdown so canr use that as an excuse.
