Rang for my mum took a long while to answer,I was ringing for some advice for my mum all l} lknew was my mum had a bad eye, as I was at work so was unable to go and look at her eye to see the problem. .I rang for some advice and the receptionist was fantastic in every way I should have got her name to put on this review. Lots of 1 star reviews but I can only leave my comments with the service I received thank you.

1 star as that's the lowest option. Was calling to ask about being asset for adhd as I'm struggling with day to day living. I was told 4 year waiting list. I was asked is that ok ? I said I dont know what to say. I was then told well it's not are decision that there is a four year waiting list here at the surgery isit?I hesitated because I was a little dumb founded. I then got is that alright ?I said emm yes I suppose. Then goodbye and the phone was put down.Last time i was refused a sick note because I didn't have the money to pay for it till the next day. I said "I'm going to be in trouble with work and be put on half pay without this note "sorry we cant"Honestly I think the rest of the reviews on here say at all. If you dont like your job

06.07.2022 Large GP surgery which combines as a Health centre. Some Health visitors are based here (have their own reception desk and waiting area.

Terrible service.I understand and respect that we are in a pandemic and pressure is on NHS Staff. However when a telephone triage is missed because an unrealistic window of 4 hours to wait for a call, 5 hours after the initial call is made, it is impossible to get another call back...even though the Dr left a message to call back as soon as possible!!!Called back after less than 1 minute of missing the call, only to be put on hold for an hour and then told ‘sorry it’s a one call policy and you missed it’Call the Walk In Centre, they get back to you in an hour or call 111, who again are quicker.As for this Surgery, you’d struggle to book an appointment to get a death certificate in 50 years!!

again - 1 star is far too generous. Constantly told to ring at 0800hrs for an appointment, I tried ringing at 0800hrs to get you are caller number 32 in the queue !!" How on earth am I supposed to stay on hold that length of time !!Absolutely shocking service. As others have said

emailed the online booking /enquiries 8 days ago filled in what the problem was , answered the available days for an appointment as requested, explained i needed a face to face appointment , just received a text to say please call the surgery to book an appointment 8 DAYS it took to get this reply !!! phoned within 10 seconds of receiving the message , first in the queue was on hold for 15 mins with no answer even though it states open till 5.30pm , this is a regular occurance with this surgery, go in and reception is closed or you are ignored , not even eye contact , used to be a good surgery but now its impossible to even speak to anyone

Phoned on the dot of 8am, after several messages saying the queue is full ring back later finally got in the queue (number 29!) Got to the front to be told no appointments available today, try again tomorrow. I'm at a loss as to how you actually get an appointment at this surgery. I think there's some inside information that some of us aren't party to. Forget booking online, always full.How the elderly who aren't very tech savvy manage I do not know.

I have been trying to get an urgent appointment for months. I can't get through at 8am and when I do no appointments. When I walk past no one in the waiting room either. Odd! I don't want a video call! I need a blood test and referred to hospital. I have filled out their online form for an appointment FOUR times. Reply says someone will be in touch in 2 days but again not a word. I've actually had enough. I am having to call 111 and they said go to A&E, so we are going to use the hospital resources instead. What is going on with this surgery!!!!!!! So many people are going to have conditions and illnesses missed, it's actually quite scary. I am reporting it as it's getting ridiculous.

Brilliant drs, nurses and receptionists. I’ve always had an appointment on the day as long as I phone at 8 and stay in the que. Always professional and friendly. Prescriptions are ready in a good time, recommend

I would not even bother emailing in to request an appointment, always call, and wait in the que!I emailed them on Monday and have been waiting for 5 days for a response.I called the surgery today just to get an update only to be informed that the earliest that I can speak to someone is next Thursday....Absolute joke, its pointless even having the email facility if you have to chase them and for them not to respond to you.Towards the end of last year my mums stomach started to swell up like a balloon, incredible painful and she was constantly feeling sick and couldn't sleep. She tried multiple times speaking to a GP (who refused to see her in person!) and also went to the walk in centre.Every time they said that she has trapped wind, her IBS is playing up and indigestion.After constant attempts a lovely doctor finally referred her through to have a scan at the hospital,Low and behold she got diagnosed with STAGE 4 TERMINAL CANCER and she had a TUMOUR on her pancreas.Thank god she managed to speak to a good doctor that day.Trapped wind"- What a joke! This surgery needs to sort itself out.If you know you have something wrong with you and you are sure of that
