Very efficient and helpful service from Simon. Unfortunately two purchasers pulled out, but each time one pulled out Simon found another very quickly thereafter and managed to see through a sale in less than 12 weeks for a higher price than when the house was first marketed. They also charged a very reasonable percentage fee.

Very unprofessional. I use them to buy my house, but I am very unhappy and frustrated. The property was empty for sometime. I have been told the boiler is working condition. Because of the empty property the water was turned off. So I can’t check the boiler. Also there was a leak on the roof. I have asked them about it, answer was, it has been repaired and fixed. But it was completely lye. Before I moved to the property, I have decided to renovate a bit. Then I found one after another issue. I have raised all those issues to the office. Unfortunately hasn’t been resolved. They said, we have been told by the landlord so nothing we can do. Very disappointing. I had to buy a new boiler and repair the roof. So very careful to use them

Undoubtedly the worst estate agents in the South East and the the poor rating speaks for itself. Halfway through the sale process house was pulled from market. I was abroad and only found out by email. Agent didn’t have the courtesy to call me. Turns out owner had decided to rent the property and not sell and the agent didn’t have the courtesy to inform me of the truth, instead lying the “process was taking too long” Agents lack empathy and I could hear them laugh on the phone through my tears. A throughly disgusting unprofessional bunch.

Really good experience with Hi-residential especialy Simon Raven. He made the whole process of purchasing my first flat really smooth and helped a lot. I reported to Hi Residential that my boiler had died and I was without heating or hot water. This happened just as this cold weather started! An engineer arrived the next day to carry out a repair but it was not feasible, . The following day I got a phone call to inform me that I was to have a new boiler fitted. Two fitters arrived and installed the boiler and I must say they worked hard and when they left my kitchen was spotless. So a very big thank you to everyone involved at Hi Residential, everyone was polite and helpful and I would highly recommend their services.

Finally completed on my house property purchase today. Simon was a great help and stayed in contact through out. The exchange went through smoothly and have been happy with the service received from Simon and the team at HI Residential. Highly recommend

We have used the agency for buying and selling our property. We were offered a good agency fee for the sale compared with others.Simon, our agent, has been very helpful throughout the process. A few ups and downs, but nothing major and probably something normal when you are caught in a chain sale and purchase.Overall, good experience working with the agency.
