Pleasant staff but a bit unorganised through lack of communication between the different branches

This is the third time we have had new windows fitted to various houses throughout our lives and it was without doubt the best experience. Esk Glazing fitted 13 windows and a door in four days for us in January 2020 in appalling weather . I would use them again without hesitation, they have done an excellent job and we found them to be honest, reliable and affordable. They keep you well informed throughout the process and their tradesmen treat you and your property with respect and care. The few minor things needing attention after installation were efficiently and courteously dealt with.

VERY VERY disappointed with this company, had some work done recently, there was an issue upon completion which I discussed with them, was told somebody would be back in touch but I've never heard back. I will now need to find another tradesman to fix my issue! I always like to support local businesses but companies like this make me think twice, which is a shame because the quality of work was excellent and the installers were great but the aftercare service leaves a lot to be desired!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Esk Glazing. I contacted them the other day after being given their number from a happy customer. I was looking for someone to go to my elderly mum's house to fix a window which wouldn't close and was worrying her.Esk informed me they no longer do maintenance repairs unless it's one of their own installations (understandable), but due to the circumstances (I live hundreds of miles away), they very kindly agreed to go visit my mum, secure her property and only charge a reasonable call-out fee.Upon arriving - within 2 hours - the fitter sorted the window (which wasn't broken or faulty!), explained what my mum had done to lock the window, and left within 10 mins!!My mum called the office to pay the call-out charge, which they decided to only charge HALF due to the fitter explaining what had happened.To help a worried pensioner like that, at short notice and to not take advantage with payment is so kind & generous. I cannot express how grateful we are to you and wish more people/companies were as thoughtful toward vulnerable pensioners. May Karma bring you all much goodness back in return! Absolutely agree with the rest of the bad reviews , this company is unkind and cold. Poor customer service. I required a change of window handle it the lock changed and it was an emergency situation. The lady said nobody is in the office and I asked if there was anywhere I could turn to for help. She may aswell have stuck up her middle finger as she just needed dthe call with do what you have to do when I said I may have to call the ifre brigade. Then when I reached out to them later that day after I couldn't get my key are policy to cover it to have them down next day they tried to over change me and demanded I pay upfront. They targeted me to say you have to pay upfront but my garden let who replaced a window for me was invoiced after. I decided to go with another glazing company who showed empathy and said they would do everything they can to help. Poor customer service that won't be gaining any positivity with grumpy negatively be vibes there that don't help people and demand money . I wouldn't even add one star upfront

I had 6 units replaced and several of them were scratched. They said that they would only replace one. That was weeks ago and I am still waiting for a date. Also all my window locks were removed leaving them unsecure. Again they promised to replace. Still waiting.

Arrived on time on the agreed day, which is always a good start. Had all materials to hand and the new windows were fitted with a professional finish. Everything was cleaned up and all debris removed. Very friendly fitters. Great job all round. Thanks Esk Glazing.

The service was absolutely brilliant from this company. We needed an internal glass panel in a door replaced. I can’t fault the communication, punctuality & good service of this company. I would highly recommend them & use them again.

Had a new back door fitted about four years ago it fitted perfectly, professionally done and no mess and is still wind and weatherproof and looking good.Just about to start a new project and they are top of my list.
