I took my son's bike in for a repair and was genuinely blown away by the service delivered by Andy on the bike floor. He couldn't have been any more attentive and helpful and went way above and beyond what was expected by fitting the parts we needed, which saved me a ton of time and made my son very happy. A superstar staff member who left an outstanding impression.

Went into the Wrexham store ideally just to buy some number plate bulbs and decided to have a look at the portable tyre pressure inflation devices, so much easier than dragging the big compressor out of the shed, bonus works off the 12v cigarette socket

The service was great, staff are very friendly. Bike mechanic Andy does very thorough jobs, and provide handy tips and advice on bicycle care. I'm very impressed with his skills. The waiting time for a full bike service is a bit long though.

Knowledgeable staff were really kind and helped me pick out other items and accessories that I needed for my bike. My bike was assembled and I was able to collect it earlier than expected. 5/5 stars definitely reccomend
