LPW Mixed Martial Arts

Both of my children have been coming here for a canny few years now. They absolutely love it! Both have made lots of new friends on the way, learnt some invaluable lessons of self defence as well as develop a strong mind and body and are still continuing to learn each session.I have no doubt that training here week in week out for the past 5 yrs has had a massive impact on strengthening their confidence and self-esteem. Each of the coaches are outstanding in their own right. Extremely knowledgeable in what they do and of course they are kind, caring and loving people who do an amazing job at making all the children feel welcome and part of a team.

Great place for learning MMA

My daughter has attended LPW for almost 4 years and she loves all the different classes that are on offer. Not only has it benefited her physically and mentally it has taught her confidence in herself, trust in others, discipline and structure too and she has made the most amazing relationships with other students and coaches it really is a team.Chris and Heidi are great coaches who invest a lot of time into there students and go above and beyond for everyone.

I've been going here a year exactly this month. I'm not going to mention the coaches per say because I think that their credentials and experience speaks for itself. However, I have been to places where the coaches say a couple of drills and pay no attention or focus on the developed fighter and no one else; this certainly is not that type of gym. My experience of LPW has been class. I don't believe that the ethos of this place at the atmosphere can be matched. Everyone is treated equally from the children, to the adults: everyone that gets on the mat is respected! I know you will hear that in other gyms but not like this. Obviously there is a business side of things but don't mistake LPW purely for a business. You don't respect everyone or match the ethos of LPW then your not in.I think this is a great quality to have in a gym like this. No egos, everyone is a team and supports each other though matter what level.Unintentionally I have lost 5 stone and gained a lot of confidence in my self; so if that's a goal I would also recommend this training. Everyone is very welcoming and I would urge anyone to give it a go!

My kids have studied here for five years. It's an awesome gym with phenomenal instructors!
