We took an old Parker knoll chair to have springs replaced … and were so impressed with the reupholstery we saw in shop that decided on the spot to get the whole thing reupholstered with arm caps.The quality of work was faultless. Communication was efficient and timely. The selection of available fabrics better than any chain or department store we’ve visited recently. We can’t thank Chairman&son enough.- we now have a “new” chair to be proud of.

After extensive research into repairing my 30-year old kilim Howard sofa (broken seat, feathers escaping from seat cushions), luckily a friend recommended Chairman and Son. They refurbished it perfectly - outstanding craftsmanship and expertise, quick turnaround and they are a pleasure to deal with. Will use them again and can highly recommend.

These guys are so good at upholstery and such a pleasure to deal with that they literally make me want to find them more stuff to work on. Three brand new headboards from John Lewis made beautiful with custom fabrics and one more chair already in the works. Could not be happier!

Convinced these reviews are fabricated, which would be a surprise considering the workers never fabricated anything for me. I have tried hard to contact the owner but to no avail. It seems like the only Chairman in the building is Mao, because nobody is making money apart from the scamming owners. Elaboration would be an insult to my time, and whilst I rarely provide any form of review I do think this was warranted.

A truly horrific business run by a thief who still hasn’t refunded my money for an item that failed to be of quality. I won’t be using this company again. I have no clue how he has all these positive reviews, they seem to be from friends of his.

These guys are amazing! Super talented, really helpful and always do a superb job. I have had a few chairs upholstered by them and have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend. The picture added is the last project they worked on for me.
