We have just had all our upstairs windows replaced and are delighted with the quality of the product and with the impressive workmanship of the fitters.From the time of the original quote to the finishing of the fitting we have been impressed with communication. They made an effort to ensure we had exactly what we wanted.The fitting team were friendly and efficient and made a point of tidying up really well before they left.We recommend City Glass & Aluminium without reservation.

City glass have visited my home several times to complete various glazing projects. They are, by far, the most professional company I have ever worked with. The service, from quotation through to fitting, is second to none. The team are efficient, professional and friendly. If you are thinking of using this company, don’t think twice.

Booked an appointment for a quote for new windows and doors, they came round, took measurements and then never got back to me on an actual quote despite being asked and reassured it was being done. Nearly three weeks have passed and still no quote or decent explanation as to why I haven't received my quote yet. Given they came into my house it is a worrying and disappointing they seem unwilling to provide a quote (if they can't be bothered or want my business that is fine, but let me know - not just enter my house and not even offer a quote) . I would recommend avoiding them whole heartedly based on my experience with them. Poor from start to finish

I found City Glass & Aluminium online.Fantastic from start to finish, a quote and advice was given, the work started shortly after.The work that has been carried out is 5 star, Very friendly helpful staff, always on hand to assist with any questions, zero mess, always on time, and very polite.I would highly recommended them to anybody looking for bi-folding doors.It's changed our house completely.Thanks so much.

Went to them to get some prices on glass. Price was fine but discovered they only take cash or cheques ( in the day and age ! ) anyway, I went back to complete my order next day and spent 20 minutes outside waiting to be let in after buzzing several times. Gave up
