I recently bought a Xsara Picasso and was a pleasure to deal with. Non pushy and the car drives like a dream. Will happily come back here again.

I purchased a red diesel, 2011 purgeot 3008 from Halton group at £3295.00 with 8 months gold protect warrenty. At the time I tried to knock the price down to £3000 but they couldn't budge or really negotiate and wow I could see why when I went to veiw. The car was in unbelievably immaculate condition internally and externally. The owners were amazing with me before, during and still now after buying. This car had everything major done before fully completing purchase and collecting. Halton group are a small family run company and are amazing to speak to in person in explaining everything and helping you understand everything before leaving with the car. The after sales service is awesome also, any queries, questions or concerns with my car I have messaged or rang about they have always responded in a friendly helpful manner. Would deffo recommend buying from these guys because in my eyes you can't ask for more with a second hand car when making the choice to buy. Your covered massively and as I said you couldn't be dealing with better people.

Great company, car exactly as described on website, great condition, low miles and with 6 month's warranty. No pressure to buy, they just gave us the keys and left us to it for a quick drive around the industrial estate and offered to take us out on trade plates if required. Excellent service, quick transaction, even texted the V5 info so we could tax before picking up - pity we couldn't give 10 stars!

What the premises lacks in kerb-side charm is certainly made up for in service and attention to detail. Don’t be put off by it’s inauspicious location (out of St Austell town in Bugle) as Haltons is a little gem of a used car dealership.We bought an old 2002 Mercedes from them a month ago that, rather than seeing us drive off when we had paid them, they actually refused to let us take until they had fixed a small steering issue that was a left over advisory from the previous MOT (which resulted in them replacing the whole steering column just to be sure).Once we did have the car, admittedly it promptly broke down - the alternator decided to give up the ghost, but again, they immediately took the car back and replaced it without question, all the while maintaining complete transparency about the state of the repair and where they were at with everything.The car has been running beautifully since then and we are very happy with it. The next time we are looking for a used vehicle I won’t hesitate to give them a call!
