I have to give five stars to Kiehl’s, I adore their products and their online shop is easy to use and remembers you and your details.

Well informed and helpful staff

Just had a facial. The products were fully explained. They feel great and absolutely no pressure to buy (although I'm sure I will as I feel great!)

Don't even know where to start, I ordered £150.00 worth of products which I never recieved, I have phoned for the past two weeks and have been lied to and treated like absolute dirt. When I phone they will not let me speak to a manager they lied to me by saying my order is being escalated which another member of staff ( Chris) told me they lied and nothing was been looked at yet. This order was for Christmas and they will not give me my money back. I have taken this matter to social media and even recorded phone calls, and people can not believe how bad this company is. Avoid because if your order is wrong or you don't receive it they will just string you along and lie. AVOID THIS COMAPANY THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY THEY OWE ME FOR AN ORDER I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED.

My wife shops here a lot. To the point where they recognise her.Great staff knowledge and good quality products.
