Wouldn't recommend this company at all, sub contractors were brilliant but otherwise I'd avoid. Sending materials that aren't right using the cheapest option and mess up on pricing also after giving you an original quote. Be careful.

Pelsall Windows, no 3 hour sales pitch, asked for a window and a door, given a choice, really lovely quality window and door, fitted in a morning, by 2 hard working people, total clear up afterwards, recommended to me by family, and I would definitely recommend. I really don’t recognise these poor reviews, my experience - all good. Not the cheapest I could find but had the door and window I required. Thank you.

After an absolutely shocking experience with SafeStyle we were desperate to find a trustworthy reliable reputable company…We live in a 1908 property and we’re reluctant to go down the upvc route and lose character of our house!!How wrong were we! From the initial visit there was no pressure to commit but a thorough understanding of what we wanted. Amy met the brief and smashed it! We had wood grain effect front bays and a sash installed.From the initial dealings with PW we were blown away with the understanding and professionalism, the surveyor was very thorough and explained every possible obstacle and solution instilling confidence….. we trusted the process and have just had them installed. The installers were prompt hard working, considerate of the inside and didn't even stop to drink a hot drink. They were very tidy and each day it was as though they had never been!!Why didn’t we do it sooner! Not only are they within character they are even better that the originals!!! Solid chunky characterful and just perfect.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Massive thanks to all

terrible quality and after service. seal gone on eight windows after repeated phone calls for 2 years they now say out of guarantee and we have to pay to replace.

Truly a fantastic experience working with Pelsall windows to complete several projects through out the house.No project was too small for them and every step of the way they were so kind and helpful and easy to communicate with.The sales team helped us pick the perfect windows and doors we needed without breaking our budget. There was no pressure to go for the super expensive items they provided either it was exactly what we wanted for a great value.The measuring team were kind, courteous and made sure we were 100% on every detail and happy before they went away.The fitters were a great team, clearly loved their job and took great pride in their work. Until everything was spot on they refused to leave. Cant recommend highly enough! Will be returning for future projects.

Pelsall Windows have replaced all my windows and most recently supplied and fitted my back door, I always go back to them because they are helpful and friendly people. I will always recommend them to friends and family.

I would not recommend this company they have had very poor communication with me it has been weeks to months they have avoided me I have called and sent emails but no one has responded to me and the have taken over several hundred of pounds off me and still no windows.I have seen so many more reviews about this company and a lot of people are being mistreated they have taken £1100. And they will not return my money now.This is an update.

Got windows converted into French doors. Great customer service and installers were top class. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Had hardly anything to clean up and really happy with the quality of the windows and doors. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again

Earlier this year we had 2 patio doors replaced and then this week 2 windows. Both times we have had great service. Amy visited to give quotes and there was no pressure put upon us, as there often is with other companies. The guys who fitted the doors and windows were friendly and professional. The new doors and windows look great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pelsall Windows to anyone. In fact my mother in law has also had them to fit new windows and front door upon our recommendation and she is also very happy with them.
