An absolute cowboy. What a scam. Looked at my TV with an intermittent fault through Domestic and General multiple times. Came and looked at the TV for 60 seconds...says there's nothing wrong with it...closes the case, leaving me with a faulty overheating TV. Avoid this man at all costs. Unpleasant, rude, dismissive. Avoid at all costs. If D&G assign you to this man, get them to cancel and give you someone else. A total disgrace, and AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Why i gave this company 5 stars because they deserve it, i rang yesterday about 4pm about my tv which had some issues, first i was told it won’t be until Thursday ( which is today) or Friday for some one to come out, then 10mins later had a call from the company that mike can come out in between an hour, about 4.30 ish mike came, very friendly very cheerful and very helpful mike wasI would like to thank mike and his team for very responsive service they provided, mike you have been great help i really appreciate your service and supportThank you so muchMohammed

mike has been twice to our house to fit tv,s on the wall always reliable and on time and on both occasions been so helpful and polite ! just yesterday came and fitted the new samsung frame on the wall which was a new one for him however a great job done and everyone soooo happy ....mike always keeps in touch and lets you know times and dates and of any delays ....i can only say if you need help or advice then mike is the man ....thank you mike once again ....

Very disappointed with the service. Had a Samsung LED TV taken in for repair which was then given back to me with a defect (a bright white circle appeared on the screen from a defected LED bulb).I took it back in to get the bulb replaced/repaired, which is fine, I appreciated these things happen, but having now received my TV back for a second time, it’s now got another defect (the TV has now got a very thick dim black line across the middle of the screen - almost as if none of the bulbs are working).I’ve basically paid £180+ for nothing. Each time I’ve had the TV back there’s been another problem with it and my TV is now worse off.I have tried to arrange to to take it back again for a third time, but it’s a huge struggle to get through. I’ve been told “he’s busy and to call back another time”.I would seriously avoid using this company.

When I moved house I urgently needed my phone lines moving and some upgrading doing (as the previous owner had done some sort of dodgy DIY extension thing!) so that I could get back on line. Mike was really helpful and talked me through it all and then sorted me out. Excellent service and keenly priced.Overall - I was very happy and would recommend him to anyone.

Absolute disgraceful service. Rang to books an appt and got told he would call back. This didn't happen so chased the next day . He told me he would give me half hours notice when he could come out and when I asked if he could be a bit more specific as I need to arrange time off work he out the phone down on me .DO NOT USE

Mike visited our house this morning and had a look at our tv. I thought the fix was simple and Mike explained that it probably wasn’t. He was really patient while I got my head around it and even took a look to see if he could help with our broadband issues. Thanks again!

Mike did a great fab restoring job to my favourite pioneer home system which is booming away.. definitely recommend his work.. and his wife is extremely polite.
