Purchased a property through Tom recently and it was a fantastic experience. Used the solicitors that he recommended and he has genuine relationship with solicitors he refers too so it really helped move things along. He is always two steps ahead and you don't have to keep phoning up and prompting like you do other estate agents. However, friends recommended Tom Dix to us after having used his services to sell a property of theirs recently.I was unsure being I had not heard of the company, but I am so glad we decided to market our property with him.Tom has great professional knowledge of the local area and housing market. As someone that has worked for over a decade in the service industry, I know how hard it is to meet customer expectations; Tom not only met them but exceeded them and this is how…After listing our home with another Medway estate agent, we were left underwhelmed with the lack of communication and without a single offer. I chose Tom Dix because, as I had not sold a property for nearly 30 years, I wanted to have a more personal experience with only one point of contact. I needed someone who could give me up to date advice and guide me through the process. Tom did not disappoint. He gave me advice as to what I needed to do to sell and achieve the full selling price. The professionals he recommends are all efficient. The videographer he uses was excellent - made my house look wonderful!I received 3 offers within 8 days of going on the market and I'm sure this was down to Tom's advice and expertise.He promised that he would keep in touch and he would telephone me or email every week to update me on the process of the sale. He would respond to my emails quickly .I wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again - but unfortunately I am now living happily in Cornwall so a bit too far!
