Richard of Chestnut Solutions was an excellent estate agent going beyond expected norms at all times. He identified potential buyers for our home quickly ( and drew them from all over the country) and arranged viewing ‘days’ with several people on the same day to minimise our inconvenience. We got a full price offer immediately which was great ; the following negotiations were much trickier as the house was listed so documentation was complicated. He communicated with all parties professionally and was astute and knowledgeable throughout. He was responsive and personable and really reassuring. A pleasure to have working for us!

I initially spoke with Richard as we were looking to purchase a specific type of property in a specific location in York. Richard very quickly organised a viewing with a property that he was aware was due to be marketed, but was not yet publicly available and should tick all our criteria.
