Hands Going On Sports Massage

I had a brilliant first experience of a sports massage by Kevin. I ran my first half marathon in June and am now a regular runner, so I was looking for focus on the legs. Kevin also did a neck and shoulder massage too. I work at the computer for long hours and regularly get knots, and I felt so much better after. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a massage to really get rid of any tight muscles & knots, what's great is these massages aren't just for sport related issues, they can be for anyone that is experiencing some sort of discomfort.Thank you Kevin!

I have a stressful office job with about 4 computer screens and bad office chairs. I was beginning to get aches and pains especially in my back from bad posture. I had a superb massage from Kevin and felt much better that evening than in ages. Headaches have ceased and the dull ache in my lower back is diminishing. I've been going to Kevin for a few months now for shoulder pain and he's been great. Puts you at ease straight away and is very knowledgeable which is reassuring.
